Hosting a beach wedding without a venue can be a lot more complicated than many think. There are many elements that come into play when hosting a ceremony on a public beach, such as city permits, rules and regulations for alcohol consumption, bonfires, catering, and roping off areas for privacy. Since many beaches are public, finding a location that checks off every "must-have" may prove impossible. By hosting your festivities with us, an experienced La Jolla beach wedding hotel, you won't have to worry about any beach permits, rules and regulations. Our experienced coordinators will communicate with you and your wedding planner about the rules and regulations enforced at the hotel and our venues, and we'll take care of the rest.

We will handle the coordination of food, beverages, linens, seating, and set-up, so that you don't have to make arrangements with outside vendors. Under the culinary direction of our Executive Chef, our full-service catering staff is committed to providing an unforgettable dining experience. You will be able to choose from a menu of hors d'oeuvres, plated starters and main entrees, or one of the five dinner buffets, all showcasing the freshest flavors of the California coast. We also offer a hosted bar option or a selection of bar packages for your guests to celebrate into the night.

For your out-of-town guests and wedding party, make it a dream wedding weekend getaway. Your guests will be nestled in one of our beautifully renovated Beachfront and Coastal View rooms, where they will have direct beach access and scenic views of La Jolla right outside their door. Not only will the wedding be a short walk from their hotel room, many of the best spots in La Jolla are walking distance from the hotel. Your guests will be surrounded by delicious eateries, boutique shops, and activities for every age, making it the perfect beach wedding hotel for them as well!
